No Knead bread!

There is a lot of interest in the Straub, family size mussel pot! Although fresh mussels are available, "Fresh" may be a problem in the prairies , so this handsome cast iron pot is my covered pot for baking bread!  Yes, it can be used at 500 degrees as a screaming hot oven is needed to bake this bread!
I think I have finally mastered the recipe, using White, Whole wheat and Oatmeal and any seeds that I may have in my kitchen, flax, pumpkin, sesame and sunflowers seeds!  The dough has to be sticker than I have been making as the covered cast iron pots work like a little oven with tons of steam! The bread is baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes!
