Relaxing after supper!
Yummy corn salad with avocado and lime!
Nova Scotia lobster that was picked up at Hong Kong Supermarket on 17th..most of them were culls but I managed with help from the manager and a former lobster man who had just purchased 20 lobster to find small lobsters with all claws attached. The line up at the fish counter told me the lobster were fresh and at a good price! And they were delicious!
So yummy!!!
