Tzatziki Sauce (Yogurt and Cucumber)





For this sauce, yogurt was drained in a colander overnight in the refrigerator. 

To this drained yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh ground pepper, lemon rind and juice, minced garlic and chopped fresh mint was added. The sauce was refrigerator for a couple of hours for the flavors to develop.

The sauce was plated with the lamb meatballs
