Blue Box

Some of the editorials say that Blue Boxes have brought the Riff Raffs or is is it "Riff Rats" to an area!  Yet, I would rather see the homeless walking with a purpose, than pan handling.  Just think how much exercise this person gets as he pushes a cart in a race with the pick up trucks!  The two senior Chinese couple that have been picking up bottles all day all week in our strip malls in the area for a very time are a picture of health.  Although I do doubt they are homeless. 

I pointed out to him,as he light a cigarette at our Blue Box, in who's Blue Box he would not find any recyclable bottles as I handled him empty wine bottles!
